Shipping
We deliver goods throughout Germany, to EU countries, and beyond. Since our marketplace unites designers from different cities and countries, your orders may be shipped from various locations.
Each of our partners provides detailed information about shipping and returns directly on the product page. We recommend carefully reading these terms before placing your order.
Returns
Products are shipped directly by our partners. For your convenience, each package includes a return label that can be used for returns. If the label is missing, please contact us via email, and we will address the issue promptly.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods. Further details about returns can be found on the respective product page.
Once the returned product has been inspected, a refund will be issued by our partner within 14 business days to the payment method you used.
Return Conditions

- Returns are only accepted within 14 days, provided the product is in its original condition with attached tags. Refunds will not be issued for items without tags or for those received after the specified period.
- Returns must be sent to the address specified on the partner’s return label.
- If the return is made after the 14-day period, the partner reserves the right to return the product to the sender at their expense.
- Returns are not possible for products customized by the designer according to the customer’s specifications and personal preferences.
